Well, actually I don’t think that I can narrow it down to just one habit but rather four. It was through Bible study and prayer that I was saved spiritually, and through exercise and healthy eating that saved me physically.
As an experienced personal trainer, I want to share with you the things that I’ve learned over the years about the 4 Key Habits of Healthy Living to become Fit for Faith.
I’ve coined the term BEEP and it stands for B-Bible study, E-Eating healthy, E-Exercise, P-Prayer.
If you’re on Facebook, you may have already seen these 30-second quick tip videos. For those who missed them, I’ve included them here for you.
