1. Remove spots on stainless steel by wiping with baby oil.
Most of the utensils and some cupboards may be made of stainless steel. Noticing stains and scratches on them is common. One easy way to get rid of them is by taking baby oil on a cloth and wiping the area with the spot. You will be amazed to see the spots and stains disappearing.
2. Keep baking soda in a container with the lid open to get rid of odor in the bathroom.
Distasteful odor in the bathroom is something no one can avoid. What you can do is disperse the bad odor immediately, so that the freshness remains. Baking soda will be very useful here as it soaks in the bad odor and keeps your bathroom free of this smell.
3. When painting a room, place a freshly cut onion at one side to remove the paint smell.

4. Keep clothes vertically in your drawer.

5. Use paper plates to stop splattering while using a mixer.
One common problem while using a mixer is the splatter it causes. This can be solved if you attach a paper plate at the top of the mixer, which will restrict the splatter to the paper plate itself.
6. Hang chalk in your closet to keep clothes dry and fresh.
Chalk can absorb moisture effectively. This works exceptionally well during the rainy season when the atmosphere around is pretty humid. Hanging bundles of chalk will keep the clothes in the closet dry.
7. Put a bag of vinegar on your shower head to clean it quickly.
A dirty shower head is never a pleasant sight, especially when you take a bath with it every day. Take a plastic bag with vinegar and immerse your shower head in it to clean it in no time.
8. Cover the inside trays of your refrigerator with plastic wrap.
These trays get dirty easily but if you cover them with plastic wrap they will remain protected, and all you have to do is to change the plastic wrap to give it that clean look again.
9. Use nail polish to color code your keys.
This tip is handy if you have similar looking keys in a bunch. Color coding them gives them a unique identity. All you have to do is remember which color was assigned to which key.
10. Cut through sandpaper to increase the sharpness of scissors.
This method increases the longevity of your scissors and keeps them functional for a more extended period.
11. Use empty toilet rolls to organize power cords.
Power cords are usually long and difficult to manage, and some can even trip on it. You can take used toilet rolls and tuck in your power cords to make them look tidy and organized.
