30-Day Fitness Challenge
Walk the talk.
This is the message I received today and it’s convicted me.
I can dish out the advice and know the right things to do, however, I’ve not been following my own instruction. But it stops today!

I took a “before” photo but am a little too embarrassed to post it here. I’m about 20 pounds heavier than I’d like to be.
I’m going to follow my own BEEP Plan:
Bible study, Exercise, Eating Healthy, and Prayer.
I’ll be posting daily on my Facebook page and I’ll update weekly here on my blog. I’d love your support and prayers and if you’d like to join me, I’d love the company.

Will be praying for you. Last week I decided to “walk the walk” as well. My goal is to lose 20 pounds in the next 20 weeks. No before pics for me though.
